Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Londonderry Primary School.  We are always happy to speak with prospective parents and offer a guided tour to showcase our school premises.  

Check out our school Facebook page which is full of up-to-date content and photographs.  The majority of our class photographs are shared on our class Seesaw accounts to keep parents up to date with what is happening in the classroom.  

P1 Admissions

You are warmly invited to join us for our Open Night event on Monday 1st December 2025, 6.30pm-8pm. This special occasion offers prospective P1 parents the opportunity to explore our school. Our dedicated teaching staff will be present to greet you, showcase our wonderful facilities, and address any questions you may have. We look forward to welcoming you to this informative and engaging evening.

In addition we will have an Open Morning on Saturday 29th November 2025, 10am-11.30am that is geared towards the most important people, the children hoping to attend Londonderry Primary in September 2026.  Come along and meet the Foundation Team, listen to a Christmas story read by the P1 staff, go on an Elf Hunt around the school grounds, enjoy a hot chocolate and maybe even have a meeting with Santa before he heads to the North Pole to get ready for the big day!

P1 Applications Important Information

Your application should clearly outline your choice of school (you can choose up to five) and these should be sent to the Education Authority.  Applications can be made online via https://www.eani.org.uk/parents/admissions or on paper.

You can at any time change your order of choices, but it is advisable to read each school’s admission criteria to ensure you have the best chance of successfully receiving a place at your first-choice school.
